How to change batteries on Dell wireless mouse

1.Gently pull up lip on bottom of the mouse. This will open the shell of the mouse.

2. Once the palm shell is removed, the two AAA batteries will be located in the center.

3.Release the latch to remove the old batteries. Replace with two new AAA batteries. Double check the position of the batteries before installing. Move the latch back into the locked position.

4. Gently press the palm shell back into place. To confirm that the new batteries are working, make sure the center connection light is on, just below the scroll below. If it is not, repeat steps 1-3 and ensure batteries are in correct position in the battery slot or try another set of batteries.
