Manually Sync with Intune

This guide provides a simple step-by-step process to manually sync your device with Intune. By following these steps, you can ensure that your device is up to date and in sync with your Intune account, allowing for seamless access to work-related resources and improved productivity.

1. Click the Start button

2. Click "Settings"

3. Click "Accounts"

4. Click "Access work or school"

5. Click on the Great Oaks account

6. Click "Info"

7. Scroll down, then Click "Sync"

8. When the Sync is complete the Sync button will be available again, and it will say if the Sync was successful or not. If it was unsuccessful, try clicking Sync again.

Tip: The sync may take a while to complete, make sure to leave the settings window open while it is syncing.

Tip: If you are syncing to get an app to download, you may need to sync a couple of times.
