Outlook Mailbox not Loading (Student Chromebooks)
When the page is loading with the envelop icon in the middle, follow the below steps.
-Click this button next to the address bar:

-Click cookies and site data

-Click ‘Manage on-device site data’

-Click on the trash can icon for each item in the list

-Once they’re all cleared, click done, and then click reload at the top of the page. The page should refresh and after a few seconds, your outlook mailbox should load on screen as normal.
